With over 40 years of combined experience executing "impossible" projects, Kaci Calvaresi and Nathanael Bocker have spent their careers building critical infrastructure for the future. Their track record spans the architecture of alternative energy systems, EMP shielding, and the systems behind Farad Technologies—bridging the gap between energy, blockchain, and high-performance computing engines.

Both partners have served the national defense mission: Nathanael as a dual-service veteran of the U.S. Army and Marine Corps, and Kaci transitioning from the resilience of a military spouse to the precision of a defense contractor. They founded Fern Foundry Systems to apply this "mission-first" discipline to the semiconductor crisis, leveraging their expertise in geometric inference and world AI models to re-industrialize the American base.

His technical pedigree includes architecting the backbone of Farad Technologies, developing patented energy-to-blockchain systems, and designing advanced EMP shielding. An expert in geometric inference engines and world AI models, Nate leads the engineering of the Iteron platform, turning theoretical physics into defense-grade reality.
